Pond Farm Treehouse

Built overlooking a beautiful pond near Bath, this treehouse is suitable for a couple to sleep in and serves as an entertaining space with a large front balcony with andded mezzanine level for kids to sleep in. The treehouse has a flared roof design with the ridge being longer than the eaves and a triangular shaped dormer on the front side of the roof to let light in, there is also a lean-to roof covering the outdoor dining area. The treehosue is clad in waney edge British cedar on the exterior and larch cladding on the interior. The roof is fully tiled in cedar shingles and has a 5m high spiral staircase to access built in roundwood chestnut and douglas fir slabwood for the steps. The internal area is 10sqm Iand the external balcony is 12sqm.
